Senior Security Manager — Elite Venue & Events (4-on-4-off)

Carlisle Support Services is recruiting a Duty Security Manager to lead security operations at Olympia in West London. You will command the Security Control Room, manage incident responses and ensure compliance across a busy, iconic estate hosting exhibitions, hotels, offices and events.

This hands-on role requires decisive leadership, a current SIA Door Supervisor licence, and a track record of overseeing security teams in complex venues. The 4-on-4-off pattern includes days and nights.
