UK Service Manager: Lead Field & In-House Team

Leybold is seeking a Service Manager UK to lead service delivery from our Chessington site, overseeing both in‑house and field teams. You will drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to profitable service results across the UK.

You will coordinate with service admin, sales and logistics, manage a team of 10–13, and implement improvements to our service processes while ensuring safety and compliance. This role is on‑site in Chessington with UK travel as needed.
