Strategic Schemes Growth Underwriter

Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Schemes Development Underwriter to join our Gloucester office. You will manage and grow an allocated portfolio of schemes, driving profitable growth, broker partnerships and sustainable scheme performance through strong underwriting and governance.

You will develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, monitor performance and collaborate across functions to balance customer, commercial and risk considerations.
