Strategic Construction Project Lead – UK Growth

FINTEC recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a varied pipeline of in-house projects in the UK, from redevelopments to fit-outs and new builds. You’ll own projects from planning through handover, ensuring safety, quality and commercial success.

The role offers a base salary of £40,000 with a realistic OTE of £50,000–£70,000 through project completion bonuses, 40-hour weeks, and permanent employment.
