Senior Quantity Surveyor — Maintenance & Projects Lead

Newman Stewart is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a fixed-term contract to lead commercial activities across multiple maintenance and property services projects in Merseyside.

Reporting to senior management, you will manage costs, valuations, variations and final accounts, monitor budgets and margins, and drive robust reporting while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure profitable delivery.
