This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, award-winning wealth management business as their Marketing Manager. The firm has a strong reputation for integrity, innovation, and long-term client relationships, with over £1bn in assets under management and a network of offices across the Southeast.
The role is newly created, offering genuine scope to shape marketing strategy and drive brand-led growth. You’ll take the lead on direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives — developing engaging content, building brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads through a mix of digital and offline channels.
Working closely with senior leadership and international colleagues, you’ll help refine the firm’s positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with a high-net-worth audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of a content-driven marketing strategy across digital and offline platforms
- Develop and optimise SEO and website performance to increase visibility and lead generation
- Coordinate D2C marketing activities and campaigns to attract and engage the target audience
- Use data and analytics to measure success and refine performance
- Collaborate with external partners and an international marketing team to align campaigns and share best practices
- Champion consistent brand voice across all client-facing materials
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership or D2C marketing role
- Strong digital expertise, including SEO and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with a data-driven mindset
- A proactive, creative self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
