Lead Project Quantity Surveyor: London Residential

Bimplus is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for a major new build residential development in London. You will take day‑to‑day commercial responsibility, from procurement through to final account, and work closely with design and construction teams to protect margins.

Based between the Vauxhall office and Deptford site, you will have senior support while delivering autonomous project management and long‑term progression opportunities within a growing residential developer.
