Multi-Site Property Operations Leader

Greystar is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-site property management operations in the UK. You will direct site teams, collaborate with Regional Managers, and drive delivery of operating budgets, performance metrics and customer service standards.

You’ll implement policies, manage tenancy processes, oversee procurement, and develop strong stakeholder relationships to optimise occupancy and financial results.
