Senior Programme Lead: Transforming Adult Social Care

NHS Highland seeks a Senior Programme Manager on a fixed term basis to lead the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme until 31 March 2028. The programme is supported by a £20 million transformation fund with a £31 million savings potential.

The post holder will engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, manage competing demands under pressure, and work autonomously while remaining an effective team member.
