UK/EU L&D Lead — Leadership & Talent Development

CTM seeks a Learning & Development Lead to support employees across the UK and EU, driving skill development and career progression. You will lead training, onboarding, core skills and leadership development, partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver practical learning aligned with CTM’s goals.

The role reports to the HR Director and requires strong capabilities in strategy, delivery and stakeholder engagement across a hybrid UK/EU environment.
