Customer Storytelling & Advocacy Lead (Remote)

Pigment is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to turn customer outcomes into case studies, testimonials, and proof points that showcase success across Sales and Marketing. You will work with Customer Community and internal teams to highlight impact and build authentic partnerships.

You will coordinate events, webinars, and PR opportunities, maintain relationships with strategic customers, and ensure rigorous storytelling aligned to Pigment’s mission and products.
