Senior QS – JCT D&B Refurb & Fit-Out (Central London)

LJ.B & Co. Construction Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in JCT D&B refurbishment and fit-out, with exposure to cost reporting, valuations, and subcontract procurement.

Applicants should be able to travel into central London and work with Tier 1 main contractors on projects over £10 million. Salary is negotiable and relocation may be considered.
