Senior Land Referencer: DCO/CPO & Geospatial Lead

Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Senior Land Referencer to lead the land referencing process for high-profile DCO/CPO projects in the UK. You will manage data, ensure quality of Books of Reference, and act as a key contact for clients and delivery teams.

You will mentor junior team members, drive due diligence, and help optimise processes while adhering to statutory requirements and company policies. Travel to site locations will be required as needed.
