Contract Quantity Surveyor – 18m/24h, Hybrid, Glasgow

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor for an 18-month contract (24 hours per week) with a hybrid working pattern.

You will manage the commercial and financial aspects of projects, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, valuations and financial control.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject, strong numerical and negotiation skills, and the ability to liaise with clients and subcontractors.
