Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Morgan Hunt is currently supporting a Public Sector client in their search for a Technical Officer within the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Facilities team.

Scope of Role:

Oversee the client’s operational estate. Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced technical services environment.

Role Overview:

Responsible for the effective delivery of statutory, preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance across the client’s estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal performance and best value from Term Service Contract partners.
• Be an integral part of a team promoting accountability, compliance, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to organisational values and professional behaviours.

Candidate Requirements:

• Expertise in mechanical and electrical building maintenance and operations.
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proven experience in delivering statutory, preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance.
• Strong ability to manage policies, maintain standards, and implement best practice processes.
