Senior Site Engineer — Substation Delivery Leader

Laing O’Rourke is recruiting a Senior Site Engineer to join the Kiln Lane Substation project as part of the Great Grid Partnership. You will lead on-site engineering activities, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery on a nationally significant infrastructure programme.

You will mentor site engineers, coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders, and review drawings and documentation to resolve technical challenges while supporting continuous improvement on site.
