Village Hospitality Operations Manager

Audley Villages is seeking a Hospitality and Restaurant Manager (Operations Manager) to lead village operations, delivering exceptional service to owners and guests. You will manage staff, oversee events, and maximise business opportunities while upholding all policies and procedures.

You’ll be the face of the village, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, developing teams, and often acting as deputy to the General Manager in their absence.
