Strategic HR Lead (Law Firm)

Davies and Partners Solicitors in Gloucester are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and support the People Plan. You will oversee the HR team, manage complex ER matters, and drive people initiatives aligned with the firm’s strategy.

Working with senior leaders, you will develop annual HR plans, manage recruitment and induction, maintain HRIS data, and provide trusted coaching on performance, absence, salary queries, and employee welfare.
