Family Court Social Worker – Child Welfare Expert

CAFCASS is seeking a Family Court Advisor to provide advanced social work support to children, families and courts, ensuring safeguarding remains central to all decisions. You will assess risk, analyse complex cases, and write reports for court to achieve best outcomes for the child.

The role requires SWE registration and 2+ years post-qualification experience, with strong IT, communication and negotiation skills. Flexible, with one day in the office and court visits as required.
