Training Manager

Location: London (hybrid working – 2-3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months +

Vetting: SC security clearance will be required

Essential

• Experience leading learning, training or capability functions.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience improving services and driving positive outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of learning and development principles and practice.
• Experience using performance data and feedback to improve services.
• Strong digital and computer literacy.
• Ability to operate strategically whilst supporting operational delivery when required.
• Experience working across government or multi-partner organisations.

Desirable

• CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development (or equivalent / working towards membership).
• Experience working in digital, technology or service environments.
• Experience supporting onboarding, adoption or capability programmes.
• Understanding of digital learning or self-service support models.
• Experience supporting the adoption of new technologies (cloud-based systems), products or services.
• Existing Rosa user.

Our client operates hybrid working 2-3 days in London, with occasional client site visits will be required into Glasgow.
