Chartered Lead London Building Surveyor (Hybrid)

PM Consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its London team on a hybrid basis. The role covers surveys, professional instructions and project management across commercial, public sector and institutional properties.

The successful candidate will hold MRICS status (or working towards it), possess a Building Surveying degree, and bring extensive experience in condition surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration under JCT contracts, with UK safety compliance knowledge.
