Neonatal Care Unit Matron — Lead Nursing & AHPs

The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking a Matron for the Special Care Baby Unit for a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week). Band 8a salary is £57,528 – £64,750 per annum.

You will lead nursing, midwifery and AHPs, ensure safe, compassionate care, and collaborate with Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust to deliver high-quality neonatal services. The Trust promotes inclusive care and flexible working arrangements.
