Performance Creative Lead: Data-Driven Growth & Paid Media

Profiles Creative is seeking a Performance Creative Lead to own the creative performance agenda across paid media. You will leverage data, testing and strategic creative direction to drive acquisition and growth, working closely with design, editors and the acquisition team to scale winning assets.

The role requires guiding the creative testing framework, translating insights into hooks, angles and formats, and presenting insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
