Wearelookingfora PreConstruction Project ManagertocomeandjoinourgrowingDeliveryteam.
Thiswillbesomeonewhochallengeswhatwedodailyandthrivesworkinginafast pacedenvironmentwithtightdeadlineshelpingusbuildforthefuture.
Anideaofwhatyou’llbedoing:
- Actingasthefirstpointofcontactforprojectpre-constructionenquiries(i.e.design)throughallcommunicationchannels.
- Reviewingandmaintainingaccurateandcurrentpre-constructionprogramsofworkfortheprojectstheysupport
- Workingcloselywithinternalandexternalstakeholdersandclientstosupportprojectsdeliverytocompletionontime
- Datagatheringthroughcustomersandsitevisitstoensurethattheestimatinganddeliveryteamhavetherequiredpre-constructioninformation
- SettingupandmaintainingProjectCommunicationSystemsuppliedbytheClient/EPCContractorandotherpartyincludinginternaldistribution,archivingandstorageofallincomingandoutgoingcorrespondence/documentation.
- MaintainingmanagementtoolssuchasStatusReportandanyotherformofmonitoringreportrequiredbyProjectOwner
- Partakeinrelevantmeetingstogainunderstandingofsupportrequiredforeachproject
- Supportwiththecreationofpre-energisationdocumentation
- Providingroutineupdatesandreportsatanoperationalandcommercialleveltoenhanceclientexperience
- ChaseinvoicesforongoingworksandliaisewithProjectManagertoensureanypaymenttermsarefulfilled
- Assistwithvariousadministrativefunctionsinprojectdevelopmentanddesignsubmission,paymentstages,constructionandoperations
- CarryingoutreasonabletasksasrequestedbyProjectManagersandseniormanagerstosupportthesuccessfuldeliveryofprojects
