HSE Manager

My Client, a specialist public sector organisation, is looking for an HSE Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

As Health, Safety and Environment Manager you will:

• Drive the implementation of safety, health and environment strategy and initiatives across the site monitoring against SHE plans and objectives.
• Support investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances and assist departmental managers in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action development.
• Assist new projects and change management activities.
• Support training and coaching across the facility to drive a safety-perfect culture.
• Deliver SHE Induction training to all new starters and deliver SHE related training.

Qualifications

• Hold a NEBOSH Certificate and have experience within a manufacturing, construction or similar industrial environment.
• Be comfortable delivering training with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
