Biffa Waste Services in Edmonton is seeking a hands-on Shift Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of multi-skilled technicians at our busy Materials Recovery Facility. You will drive plant performance, reduce downtime, prioritise maintenance activity and set high engineering standards across the site.

The role requires managing a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with a rotating days/nights schedule, supervising engineers and contractors, and ensuring safe, compliant maintenance with accurate CMMS
