Quantity Surveyor — Commercial Delivery & Cost Control

MCR Property is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial and financial delivery across a portfolio of projects. You will own cost reporting, forecasts and contract management, while coordinating with project teams and senior leadership.

This is a largely office-based role with site visits for valuations and reviews. We seek a candidate with at least three years’ experience in a developer, main contractor or subcontractor setting, adept at procurement, tendering and post-contract processes.
