Strategic HR Manager – Manufacturing (On-site)

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking an HR Manager to join our Buxton operation. This on-site role involves partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy in a fast-paced industrial environment, delivering commercially-focused HR support across the site.

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, UK employment law knowledge, and experience handling complex ER cases within a manufacturing setting. CIPD qualification is advantageous.
