Senior Children’s Social Care Team Manager (Hybrid)

Kent County Council is recruiting a Team Manager for West Kent Children in Care Service, based at Worrall House, Kings Hill. You will lead a 5/6 social worker team, supervise complex caseloads and collaborate with partners to improve outcomes for children and families.

You will be Social Work England registered with a Dip SW or equivalent, with extensive post-qualification experience, budget oversight, and strong leadership skills.
