Group Business Analyst

A growing international business is looking to hire a qualified Group Business Analyst to join its finance team. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this role will support group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the production of group consolidations and financial reporting
• Preparing insightful analysis of group results and variance reporting
• Assisting with ERP reporting and process improvements
• Supporting statutory accounts preparation and audit activities
• Collaborating with finance teams and external partners across the business
• Helping design and implement effective financial controls

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised accounting qualification
• Experience in group consolidations and multi-entity reporting
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, organised, and analytical approachExperience with consolidation or regulatory reporting systems is advantageous
