A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Associate (3–6 PQE, England & Wales qualified) to join its dynamic and highly respected London Employment team.
The Opportunity:
This is a standout opportunity to work on a diverse range of advisory, transactional, and contentious employment matters for a prestigious and varied client base. The team advises across multiple sectors—including financial services, technology, energy, healthcare, retail, and professional services—and frequently works with international clients navigating UK employment law.
Associates in the team are involved in:
- High-stakes tribunal and High Court litigation
- Strategic employment advisory for major UK and global employers
- Employment law support on high-value, cross-border M&A
- TUPE, whistleblowing, redundancy, and discrimination matters
- Internal investigations and regulatory issues
- Unparalleled access to partners and high-profile clients from day one

Qualities:
