What You’ll Do
- Leading the day-to-day delivery of integrated Facilities Management services.
- Managing Workplace Experience, Front of House, Cleaning, Security and Soft Services teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders and service partners.
- Driving service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing operational performance, KPIs, budgets and financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
- Overseeing third-party suppliers and subcontractor performance.
- Using CAFM systems, service analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus across all service lines.
Proven experience in a Facilities Manager, Workplace Manager or similar leadership role within a corporate environment.
- Experience managing integrated Facilities Management services across multiple service lines.
- Strong people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Experience overseeing Front of House, Workplace Experience, Cleaning and Security services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.
- Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in CAFM systems and performance reporting tools., IWFM qualification or equivalent Facilities Management accreditation.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- Experience supporting newly mobilised or newly occupied workplace environments.
- Knowledge of smart building technology and workplace experience platforms.
- Experience delivering wellbeing initiatives and workplace engagement activities.
- Understanding of sustainability and environmental performance within FM operations.
