The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the contract, ensuring engineering services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing engineering and hard FM service delivery across multiple sites.
- Leading and supporting engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance performance.
- Ensuring all statutory, compliance and health & safety requirements are met.
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
- Managing client relationships and attending regular operational meetings.
- Overseeing subcontractors and specialist service providers.
- Managing budgets, costs and operational resources.
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Supporting mobilisation, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You’ll ideally have an engineering qualification or building services background, although strong hard-services FM experience will also be considered.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Proven experience managing hard FM / building services operations.
- Strong knowledge of M&E services and building maintenance.
- Experience managing engineering teams and subcontractors.
- A good understanding of statutory compliance and PPM.
- Strong client-facing and commercial skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A practical, hands-on approach rather than purely administrative FM experience.
Salary: £60,000
