Senior Azure Cloud Support Engineer — Level 3

Ascent/Managed Services team at Acuity Analytics seeks a Level 3 Cloud Support Engineer to own complex Azure incidents and platform improvements. You’ll mentor junior engineers, guide migrations and optimisations, and influence automation and security governance across large Azure environments.

Based in the UK (or Malta, Bulgaria or Portugal), you’ll work with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and service reliability. A 24×7 on-call rota is required.
