People Lead, UK — London: Build & Own People Ops

Modal is hiring its first People team member in London to build and run the people foundation as the UK presence grows. You will own onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits for the London team, acting as the trusted point of contact for questions about policies and people matters.

You will partner with managers to set up teams, maintain data integrity, and ensure local compliance and competitive benefits as Modal scales in the UK.
