Site M&E Quantity Surveyor – Major Infrastructure

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor for the EGL2 project in Peterhead. You will oversee commercial delivery of mechanical and electrical works, from procurement through to final account, ensuring value while maintaining client/subcontractor relationships.

Typical duties include interim valuations, subcontract payments, cost reporting, risk/opportunity management, and final accounts. NEC contract experience and chartered status are advantageous.
