Isle of Wight NHS Trust is recruiting a Matron for the Special Care Baby Unit on a full-time basis, Band 8a (£57,528 – £64,750 per annum). The role involves leading nursing, midwifery and AHPs across the Care Group and delivering safe, compassionate care with cost effectiveness.
The successful candidate will collaborate across Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, driving the Trust’s vision of working together and improving together.
