Strategic HR Partner for Leadership, Change & Performance

Sharpsmart UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders through growth, change and day-to-day people decisions in a regulated, safety-focused environment. This hybrid role involves working on-site three days at Spennymoor with travel to other locations.

You will partner with leaders to drive performance, support change, and ensure fair people practices. CIPD Level 5 is preferred, and travel to other sites may be required.
