On-Site Quantity Surveyor (UK Security Clearance)

Osiris Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a high-profile RAF Lakenheath project in England. The role requires on-site presence five days a week, with a day rate of £300–£350 and the ability to obtain UK security clearance.

The successful candidate will evaluate architectural designs, prepare quantities and BOQs, manage tender documents, and coordinate between clients and on-site teams. MRICS is preferred, with at least five years of SPONS and parametric estimating experience.
