Finance Manager: Month-End Lead & Manufacturing Cost Partner

Eaton is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to own the month-end close, oversee the balance sheet, and deliver accurate financial reporting across two sites. You will partner with operations, procurement and leadership to drive cost control and improvements.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will lead a small team, investigate variances, challenge assumptions and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisions. Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
