The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Market Performance Data & MI Analyst for a high-impact role at the heart of the London insurance market. This position plays a critical part in shaping strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality analysis, insight, and management information to senior stakeholders.
You’ll work with complex market, syndicate, and class-level data to uncover performance trends, risks, and opportunities — turning insight into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production of high-quality MI, reports, and insight for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse market, syndicate, and class-level performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Design and deliver impactful dashboards, visualisations, and reporting packs
- Support external-facing communications with data-driven insights (speeches, presentations, regulatory updates)
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics, reporting, and data delivery across the function
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (Excel, Power BI, QlikSense)
- Proven experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for senior audiences
- A strong background in MI production and strategic reporting
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Solid understanding of insurance performance drivers, P&L practices, and the London Market
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
