We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Surveyor to join our dynamic Cardiff office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-profile projects across regeneration, housing, healthcare, commercial, retail, student accommodation and education.

As a chartered professional (MRICS) or working towards Membership, you’ll play a key leadership role, guiding junior team members, managing client relationships, and delivering commercial excellence across a broad and impactful portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of Cost Consultancy and Project Management services from feasibility to final account
• Oversee complex projects including Residential, Education, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and Student Accommodation
• Take ownership of commercial strategy, cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
• Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical and professional development
• Build trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Champion best practice, sustainability, and value engineering

About You

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or working towards Membership
• Proven track record in delivering a wide range of construction projects in a consultancy environment
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and project management skills
• Commercially astute, with a deep understanding of cost control, contracts, and procurement
• Passionate about delivering projects that positively impact communities
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams
