Finance Manager | Real Estate Start-up

We are partnering with a PE-backed, high-growth property business operating in the HMO sector to appoint a Finance Manager. This is a key hire within a scaling, multi-entity group and offers strong progression potential as the business continues its expansion.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and play a pivotal role in building scalable financial processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts across multiple entities
• Group consolidations and supporting schedules
• Variance analysis and performance reporting
• Overseeing bookkeeping and credit control
• Supporting audit and statutory accounts preparation
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Ad hoc commercial and financial analysis

Key Requirements

• (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong month-end and management accounts experience
• Multi-entity consolidation experience
• Experience in a high-growth, start-up or scale-up environment preferred
• Strong Excel skills and finance systems proficiency (Xero desirable)
• A hands-on, detail-oriented and commercially minded approach
