The role sits within an international property consultancy, with a specialist focus on dilapidations and technical due diligence across commercial and mixed-use assets in the UK and EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical due diligence and professional Building Surveying advice
• Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations
• Produce Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports and undertake defect analysis
• Lead contract administration on refurbishment schemes
• Manage client relationships and coordinate internal and external teams

Requirements

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong background in technical due diligence and professional Building Surveying
• Commercial awareness with confident client-facing capability
• Ability to lead instructions and manage teams

Salary & Package

• £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary
• Bonus
• £4,000 car allowance
