Commercial Financial Controller

I’m recruiting for a Commercial Financial Controller to join an growing B2C, product–led business.

This is more than a traditional Financial Controller role. Alongside owning financial control, month–end and reporting, you’ll play a key role in understanding and improving the commercial performance of the business.

You’ll focus on:

• Improving product margins and profitability
• Analysing and optimising operational costs
• Understanding the economics of different routes to market and sales channels
• Providing commercial insight to support pricing, product and investment decisions
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to turn financial analysis into practical business decisions

We’re looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical fundamentals with the curiosity to understand what drives performance and how it can be improved.

Experience within a B2C, consumer, retail, ecommerce or product–led environment would be a benefit, but more importantly my client is seeking an energetic ambitious individual who can work as part of a dynamic and fast paced team.
