Job Description:
Academia is seeking an Apple Systems Engineer to join the Apple Helpdesk Team. The role focuses on provision of high-quality technical services and support to Jamf-managed clients, primarily on macOS and iOS platforms.
You will handle Tier 2+ remote desktop support, issue resolution, MDM maintenance, and patch management automation, alongside documenting solutions and ISO procedures. A strong communicator who can explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences will thrive in this role.
