SaaS Contracts Manager — Build & Scale Global Function

Preservica Ltd is seeking a hands-on Commercial Contracts Manager to own contract review, negotiation, administration, and legal operations across the growing global SaaS business. Reporting to the CFO, you will build processes, templates, governance and tooling to scale the function.

You will review, draft and redline agreements, manage the full lifecycle, and drive risk-aware negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners, across UK and international deals.
