Connells Group is seeking a Mortgage Services Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants across 7 offices in South and Mid Essex. You will recruit, coach and drive performance to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Applicants must hold the full mortgage qualification and have Financial Services experience; commuting to Basildon/Essex area is expected with opportunities for progression within the group.
