Maternity Cover: HR Business Partner – Environment Division

Galliford Try is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover based in Solihull or Leicester. You will support ~1,800 Environment Division employees, advising leaders on ER, performance, absence management and strategic people initiatives.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive workforce planning, pay decisions and wellbeing initiatives while upholding company values and policies.
