EQ Care Group seeks a Registered Manager to lead Alder Lodge, a new 66-bed nursing and dementia home opening in 2027 in Bishops Waltham. You will deliver heart-centred, personalised care and build a culture where residents are at the heart of every decision and families feel supported.

You will drive occupancy, ensure CQC compliance, and establish strong NHS and community partnerships while recruiting and developing an exceptional team aligned with EQ Care’s values.
